OUR SPONSORED WALK FOR LOCAL CHARITY
FOUR PUB + Hub Sponsored Walk
Sunday, August 20th – 10am Ampthill Hub Café.
The walk will be a Half Marathon distance with stops at Five Pubs! As this is a Charity walk for the Bedford Hospice Day Centre, we will have a Registration fee of £12 to take part and would encourage you to get sponsors too though this isn’t compulsory. This walk will also be open to non-Nordic Walkers so please tell all your friends and family.
- Stage 1 – Hub Café to The Knife & Cleaver, Houghton Conquest
- Stage 2 – Houghton Conquest to The George, Maulden
- Stage 3 – Maulden to The White Heart, Flitton
- Stage 4 – Flitton to The Blackbird, Flitwick
- Stage 5 – Flitwick to Finish, Ampthill
This walk to be in stages so all Walkers can take part including the Gentle walkers who can do a stage or two if they want a challenge. Because there are quite a few stops this is a very achievable distance for most walkers.
